Description
This set of three Mauviel hammered copper sauce pans belonged to a local retired chef who wanted them to go to a new home.
They have been completely restored with a fesh lining of tin.
They do have some scrathes in the copper.
All pans are stamped ” Made in France”.
Largest sauce pan has a diameter of 7.25 inches and a height of 4 inches, weighs 5.1 pounds and a thickness of 2.8 mm.
Medium sauce pan has a diameter of 6.5 inches and a height of 3.75 inches, weighs 4.1 pounds and a thickness of 2.8 mm.
Smallest sauce pan has a diameter of 5.5 inches and a height of 3.25 inches, weighs 3.3 pounds and a thickness of 2.8 mm.
