This is a beautiful graduated set of 5 French hammered copper sauce pans that are fully restored with new tin linings.
Some of these pans have minor imperfections from prior use.
These pans are stamped “E.Dehillerin Paris” and also the letter “L”.
These are the the dimensions weights and thickness of each pan from largest to smallest.
- 8 inch diameter x 4 3/8 inch height, 6.4 pounds, 2.7 mm thickness.
- 7 1/4 inch diameter x 4 inch height, 4.8 pounds, 2.3 mm thickness.
- 6 1/4 inch diameter x 3 1/2 inch height, 3.6 pounds, 1.6 mm thickness.
- 5 5/8 inch diameter x 3 1/8 inch height, 2.8 pounds, 2.1 mm thickness.
- 4 3/4 inch diameter x 2 5/8 inch height, 2.1 pounds, 1.8 mm thickness.
